The Hollywood Walk of Fame

In May 2001, a group of Sharon's loyal fans nominated Sharon for a Star on the world's most famous sidewalk, the Hollywood Walk of Fame.

Many of you are asking....

Question:
"When will we know if/when Sharon is chosen for a Star on the HWOF?"

Answer:
The HWOF Committee only meets ONCE A YEAR, this year on JUNE 3rd, 2003. They receive approximately 200 applications per year and while they only give out 20 Stars per year, they only give out ONE POSTHUMOUS AWARD per year, so it's not an easy award to get. Keep your hopes up though, it will happen eventually and when it does, the Star Laying Ceremony for Sharon Tate will be televised on Fox's Good Day Live! Question:
"How much does a Star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame cost?"

Answer:
The Hollywood Chamber of Commerce charges $15,000 to place a Star on the Hollywood Walk of fame.
