My father knew Sharon as an unknown beauty queen from Washington. He helped her wash her car and took her for a drive. She was a beautiful person, and that transfered to the screen very well. She truly deserves a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. Julianne

Though I saw and admired Sharon in "The Valley of the Dolls", I first saw her when I was 10 yrs. old, in "The Fearless Vampire Killers", also known as "Pardon Me, But Your Teeth Are In My Neck". I don't know if they were already a couple at that time, but her scenes with Mr. Polanski were great, from his bumbling adoration, to the finale when she pulls him down for a bite. This remains one of my favorite movies from childhood. The heck with "Bambi" and "Cinderella"!

I believe that Sharon deserves her own star, and continually before and after her untimely death, she was in personality and beauty a shining star. For her short career some wonderful acting work and a Hollywood Blvd star would be the ultimate tribute to her everlasting memory. Nia Jones.

It's funny because I was just thinking about this the other day. Sharon has made a big impact in my life.I think what could have been....what could have been. I've always known about the horrible things that happened but I never knew who Sharon was. I knew more about these psychos than the innocent victims. My mother would tell me about her and how she remembered seeing Valley of the Dolls. She liked the movie but loved Sharon and hoped to see more of this blooming star. Sadly though that could not be.I finally asked my mom to rent Valley for me and I was hooked.Since then i have read the book by Greg King and found out more about her and how hard she worked and how much she wanted to be successful.I also finally saw Dont make waves. she was so cute in it! I know for a fact in my heart that she was to be something big.And I feel that in the short time she worked she made an impact in many people she co-starred with and all those she worked with. Giving Shaon a star would mean so much because it would not only commend her for her great work but also ensure that she will never ever be forgotten. and after i am long gone, someone will come across it up in hollywood, and discover her for the first time, and fall in love like so many people have fallen in love. I am thrilled with this idea and hope that i see her star very soon!!!!

Sharon is a beautifal person. Who has a camera presence like no other. Her beauty is up there with the greats, such as marilyn monroe and audrey hepburn. Sharons hardwork and dedication to her career, prove that she deserves a star.

I feel Sharon's rising career and personal style set the standard for the modern-day Hollywood. There have been scores of young actresses since that have emulated her style, whether intentionally,or by simply conforming themselves to a soughtafter standard of beauty so prevalent in the industry. Before Sharon, this healthy, wholesome,"California" style was not so clearly defined--she set a trend that has not let up since.Sharon's blossoming career typifies the dream of all or any young woman who has taken chance in Hollywood.

I am very interested in Sharon Tate. She is my role model. I look up to her in every way. She was a very talented a beautiful person. I hate the fact that her life was cut short all because of one person that was kinda messed up in the head. I believe that Charles Manson and all the people that were involved in helping him kill Sharon should be put on the death penalty.

Sharon deserves the star because she wasn't only a great actress, but also a wonderful person and a fantastic mother-to-be but sadly she didn't had the chance to enjoy her life a fully as she could because a bunch of bastard denied her the right to the most wonderful thing in life, which is life itself. SHARON TRULY DESERVES THE STAR!!!

What a moment of honner and peace, it would be to see sharon's name on a star of the Hollywood walk of fame. She is now, and has always been a luminescent beauty, projecting innocence and elegant curiosity. What a missing feeling to think that there is not already one in her name.

sharon tate deserves a star on the hollywood walk of fame for a number of reasons. not only for her untouchable beauty and not only for her talent, but for the simple fact that her career was cut short just as her star was beginning to shoot to the stars in the sky!

Give Sharon a star as that is what she was and will always be in a league of persons who love her and always will. She had the talent, just not the chance to prove it. Watch her in Valley of the Dolls and one moment of her acting will provide all of the proof that anyone needs.

Whenever I hear Sharon's name, It brings back so many happy memories in my own life. I was born on January 25,l958 and lived in New York. At the age of ten, I had fallen in love with Sharon after seeing a photograph of her in a magazine article pertaining to the release of "Valley of the Dolls". I asked my mother If she would take me to see the film, but she said "no" because I believe at the time It had an "R" rating. I cried all night. I had never seen a more beautiful woman and naturally developed a boyhood crush. I finally had my day though in l969, when the local movie theater was showing "The Wrecking Crew". I rushed down to buy a ticket and sat in the movie theater alone. I was so thrilled to finally see my beloved Sharon in a film. I was so struck by her beauty that I could not take my eyes off of her. Even in scenes where other actors were present she was the only one I watched. It was as If she was the only one in the movie. Even more, she made me laugh and smile. Her impact on me was that powerful. I stayed in the movie theater that day to see the film again. I'm 45 years old now and still have a crush on her. Whenever I see that film she still makes me laugh and smile except now I also cry. I strongly support a star on the Hollywood walk of fame for this truly gifted actress and human being. Thank You. Sincerely, Robert Spencer

What a wonderful light comedienne! I truly enjoy seeing her on television, on the Beverly Hillbillies, and in her movies. My favorite Sharon line: As Janet Trego, when Miss Hathaway tells her that what she has is no longer the key to what a man wants, she replies, "Then they must have changed the locks since last night!" I love it! Very risque for the early 60s, and hilarious!

I have been a huge fan of Sharon's for a long time, I saw her in the film 'The Valley Of The Dolls' which, of course, she was excellent in. She always struck me as being a very kind, caring and loving human being. I believe she deserves a star on Hollywood Boulevard - she was a wonderful actress who put a lot of work into her roles.

Sharon Tate has always been one of my favorite actresses. I have seen all of her films and her beauty and talent have made a big impression on me. Everything that I have read or heard about her indicates that she was a wonderful person off the screen too. She also seems to represent every thing good about the 1960's..energy, fun, excitement. I definitely believe that she deserves a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame!!!!

I absolutely think Sharon Tate should have a star on the Walk of Fame. Many producers and directors have said she was one of the most beautiful, if not THE most beautiful woman to ever step in front of a camera. She was a fashion and trend setter and had developed a unique personal acting style. Although her brief life was far too short, she already showed amazing talent. She deserves to be among Hollywood's greatest and I pray one day she will be granted a star. Thank you. Sincerely, P. Clark and family
