Sharon Tate deserves her Star on Hollywood Blvd. She is well-known as the Manson victim not as a movie star. Let her be remembered as a movie star. She deserves it!!!

Please consider Sharon Tate for a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame because: of her everlasting appeal with the entertainment world; her impressionable work over a very short film career; of the adoring love and admiration of her fans; and finally because its the RIGHT thing to do - pay tribute to a loving, beautiful, talented person who desires recognition for the lives she touched throughout her film career.

I think Sharon deserves a star on the Walk of Fame, for being taken at the most hapiest time of her life, before she got the chance to really shine in Hollywood!!

I think that if Sharon Tate had lived she would have become an actress of the highest quality. She was beautiful, intelligent and kind and deserves a Star on the Walk of Fame not just for her contributions to film but also for her contributions to mankind.

I've been a big Sharon Tate fan ever since I first saw her in "Valley of The Doll's" years ago! I just looked at the screen and "Who is this lovely woman before me?" My former roomie and I used to have our "Sharon Tate" talks~what do you think she'd be doing now? kinda discussions, and how we think that she would have gone on and been famous for other things, mostly from being a loving Mom! Anyway, I don't mean to ramble on, I just wanted to say...Thanks for having this site that fans like us can visit and show our respects! Sincerely, Dan in SanFran

Sharon deserves a star because she was good in the few movies she was allowed to make during her short career. Had she been able to make more movies, there is no doubt she would have continued to grow as an actress. She had the proper training, motivation, looks and personality to have become a huge movie star and she should be rewarded for that.It was not her fault she did not have the time to live up to her full potential.

I think Sharon Tate is one of the most beautiful women of all time. I have never been so mesmerized by a face before. I am a photographer and I wish I had been around to photograph her because her face was art itself. She was a great actress, I loved Valley of the Dolls, and I think she deserves, at the least, a star on the walk of fame. I wish she could have made more films; I would have liked to see her more.

The reason she should get a Star is simple: she is the hands-down the most beautiful actress of the 20th Century and she showed great promise in her acting career.

I have all of Sharon's movies, I think she had great talent, and she was also the most beautiful woman I have ever seen. She also seemed like she was a very sweet person, the reason I say that is because of everything I have read about her in books, seen on TV and movies. Please give her a star, she deserves it.

Sharon Tate was not only a wonderful actress and a beautiful model, she was the symbol of a new light in Hollywood, as well as her unfortunate death was a symbol, much like Semptember 11 2001, that anything can happen to anyone at any time. America was assaulted on Septemeber 11 and we fight to revenge. But Sharon was murdered, along with friends, in an unspeakable manor, and the mastermind Manson was immortalized behind the media and his "family". We plan to make a September 11 memorial, revenged or not. America will live on, so why not put the star down as a memory of a historical woman that had no choice.

I would highly recommend the star for Sharon Tate in Hollywood. I have watched several of her pictures and her acting abilities certainly qualify this achievement of fame. I know for sure that she would have earned this award had she lived. According to everything I've read about her, she was truly a real life angel. We'll never forget her. Thank you.

I believe Sharon Tate was a beautiful and gifted actress. She showed a wonderful talent for comedy and her beauty was not from what she looked like on the outside, but what she was on the inside. I believe that she was a wonderful example of the actress of the 60's, innocent, open and alive with the possibilites of what could be.I believe that she should be awarded a star as a shinning example of all that was wonderful in the 60's hollywood.

Sharon Tate was astoundingly beautiful and talented. Dance of the Vampires is one of the finest examples of the genre and an all time favourite of mine. The film would have been immeasurably weaker without her performance. I feel deeply for her family and Mr. Polanski, and feel it a personal insult that the vicious and sick Manson breathes still when she does not. Her body of work would undoubtedly have been greater still if her career were not so tragically shortened, and those in authority should salute her brief, bright light by honouring her with a star on Hollywood Blvd. It is the very least that we can do for her.
