no other star has paid the price for fame and success as Sharon has.her
beautiful personality shines as brightly as her physical presence in every
frame she has appeared in.she will always be loved and remembered.
It would be great for Sharon Tate to recieve a star on the Hollywood Walk
of Fame.
Sharon Tate was a light to us all. her character was incredibly beautiful,
Hollywoods needs to enshrine such a wonderful woman with a star on the Walk
of Fame. She has touched so many lives so deeply that she certainly deserves
this award. More people could then learn what a light she was to us
all.
Of course this creative woman whose dynamic harmony graced the great silver
screen should be remembered the only way Hollywood know who to remember,
by fame:) @}---}-------
Sharon Tate deserves a star on the Walk because her body of work is
significant and important compared to that of other entertainers, some of
whom have done less and been less well-received by the public, and who have
received the star.
Sharon deserves a star for a career marked by beauty, accomplishment,
and social significance.
Sharon deserves a star. It is the right thing to do. Make the right decision!
Thank you, - Michelle
I strongly support Sharon receive a Star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame
due to her film accomplishments which catapulted her to the level of celebrity
and transformed her into being an icon of the mid to late 60s, when an atmosphere
of innocence and hopefulness existed in pop culture which off-set the turbulance
and uncertainly caused from the social revolution and Vietnam War. I can't
think of a more appropriate memorial than to acknowledge her in this manner
and honour her publicly with dignified recognition. We are morally obligated
to ensure she is remembered with respect and pay tribute to her life achievements
and career in film and television.
Because she was a very talented actress who worked hard and achieved alot,
and she deserves it!
For the memory of a beautiful person. I hope Charles and his supporters
relive every moment because in the end their judgement day will come. God
Bless!
She left too soon.
An unbelievable beauty with a sweet spirit, that has not been seen since
her.
she deserves a star
She was a sweet lady who was never really given a chance to show how talented
she was and thanks to Manson and his goons, she will nver have that
chance.
give her the star she deserves it
Sharon Tate is known by everyone in this world. She was a beautiful human
being and I believe, as everyone, she is deserving of a star.
Sharon definitely deserves a star. She is one now, up in the
Heavens.
Sharon Tate was probably one of the most photogenic actresses in films,
combined with an ability to play comedy or drama with a genuine and believable
projection of the character. I think that both "Eye of the Devil" and "Fearless
Vampire Killers" are classics. She was definitely a star, and I hope she
gets her Star on the Walk of Fame!
A star for Sharon is necessary not only for honoring her memory and
accomplishments but to remove the shadow of how she died. Like August 8,
1969, September 11, 2001 was also bad memory that many of us would like to
erase. However, many Americans have somehow overcome this tragedy by celebrating
the lives and accomplishments of the many who have died as well as the hero's
who survived. It would be a tragic mistake if we do not give Sharon the same
honor and respect. Pretending the tragedies of August 8, 1969 or September
11, 2001 never happened is like giving the murders extra credit for their
accomplishments by allowing the bad memories to standout negatively. Please
give her a star. Sharon deserves to shine brightly, not her murderers.
the hollywood walk of fame without a star for sharon tate is like the
major league baseball hall of fame with out babe ruth, lets get it
done
I would like to see Sharon Tate be awarded with a Star on the Walk of
Fame, not only was she a talented actress but she has become a "Hollywood
Legend" most deserving of one.
lets show some overdue respect for her as the legend she is, give her
what she would have eventually had anyway. she is a star.
Sharon definitely deserves a star. She was such a beautiful and talented
woman. This would be a great way for Hollywood and the world to honor her
memory
Durnung her life Sharon has given me influences in me to become a better
person threw her movies.I have become a better person because of her beautiful
acting ability.
Sharon deserves a star and more!!!
Sharon Tate is a very large part of Hollywood history. She was a lovely
woman, and someone who will always be remember. I give my support for Sharon's
name on a Hollywood Star!
Sharon deserves a star on Hollywood Blvd. She's definitely one of Hollywood
goddess & make such an impact on my life as a positive fan. She's original,
gentle, & have such unique sense of style that is timeless! Though I
only knew of her though movies, photos, etc..I felt like she's an angle that
will keep love & beauty alive. Her spirit will live on & overcome
hate that's inflicted by those evil & senseless peoples. We love Sharon,
friends, & her family! Burt Nomura May/19/2002
Sharon Tate was cut down in the prime of her life. She was denied the
right to live and obtaining Super stardom
sharon with no doubt deserves a star on the walk of fame.god knows she
has made a star in heaven.she was such a beautiful talent tooken from us
so early. if she had lived her full life on earth ,her talent and beauty
would have taken her as far as she wanted to go.like mary and baby jesus
,the heavens have another mother and child. god bless both.

i think she diserves a star because she well to me she is the most beautiful
actress and she did so well at so many things. i am only 16 and you may not
beleive me at this and tink i dont know anything about her but i do i know
so much. please give her a star
Of course Sharon deserves a star! She was the first actress I really fall
in love with when I first saw her in "The fearless Vampire killers" in 1984
(at the age of four). What a beauty, the mother of all Sharon Stones and
Heather Grahams! But perhaps it may be a bad compliment just to praise her
beauty. She's furthermore the only actress whose picure is always in my mind
- gazing out of the window at the snowcapped landscape and the Carpathian
Mountains.
To all concerned. My name is Lionel Lopez, I work as a Production Assistant
for whatever show i can hope to land on. One of my favorite activities is
going to Hollywood Blvd to go hang out, i sit there and look at the stars
wondering who half of em are, maybe i'm just too new school. but i now i
may not know them they are immortalized forever. from la brea to gower its
a great past time for me, and i ask to add Sharon Tate to this wonderous
walk. it is something that us her fans will have as a reminder of that star
that once gleamed so bright. Thanks
sharon was a wonderful actress and person. if anyone deserves a star its
her.
I can´t believe her star is not there yet.. My God, how I loved this
woman when I was a teen! She was Afrodite in person.. I swear you, I loved
to be face-to-face with Charles Manson now........just me and him.........the
son of a bitch (sorry, ok?) would know what the word HATE means for sure...
33 years after...I'm still shocked with that atrocity....
A talented and beautiful person taken from us too soon. Please honor her
film work and her life with a star on Hollywood Blvd.
I feel that Sharon should be immortalized on the Walk of Fame. She was
a promising young actress whose career was cut short by a senseless, random
act of brutal violence. A star on the Walk of Fame will not bring her back, but
it will be a small way to show that she has not been forgotten.
She must be remembered,
Nothing would make me happier than to see Sharon recieve her star on the
Hollywood Walk of Fame. Yet from everything I've read about her, she'd probably
want the money spent on others. But this is for us -- the ones left behind
who see in her brief life and untimely death someone we would like to be
more like -- indeed, how rare it is in this world when the outer shell of
a human being reflects so accurately the inner spirit. Sharon will always
hold a special place in this moviegoer's heart.
Sharon was a very beautifull and multi talented actress- She should be
honored with a STAR!!!!!
I think Sharon Tate was a very beautiful wo- man,a good actress(i've seen
"Valley of the Dolls" and her last film with Vittorio Gass- man "13 chairs"
?...I'm not sure about the title)and was a wonderfull person.I know that
because I read the Roman Polanski's bigraphy and the Vicent Bugliosi's book
"Helter Skel- ter".She was an angel!!
Many people have profited from Ms. Tate's life, career and death since
her passing. She has become an icon and legend and she richly deserves a
star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
Sharon was a beautiful and talented young actress with unlimited potential.
Much like James Dean, her career ended before that potential could be fully
realized. Couple this with the fact that she was a loving human being, and
she easily deserves a star on the famous Walk of Fame. I certainly hope that
she is given what she so truly deserves.
Sharon definitely deserves a star on Hollywood Blvd, because she was a
brilliant actress and a very very kind person. If she could have done more
work, I'm certain she would have been a 60s Marilyn Monroe. Just as lovely,
just as talented, and just as ambitious. I normally don't tear up during
movies, but "Valley Of The Dolls" had me very very misty-eyed, when Jennifer
North's character pops the pills. I don't know the last time *any* actress'
portrayal of a character, made me cry.
Sharon Tate was a budding talent and had she lived most likely would have
been a major star and Hollywood icon. Although her career was short-lived,
her beauty, glamour and her mod look defined 60's Hollywood glamour. She
is simply 60s Hollywood and her contiributions to the movie and the industry
must not be overlooked.
sharon was not only a great actressbut a loving woman whos life was tragically
cut short because some drugged up hippie took a beatle song the wrong way.
Although sharon had a short life she did so much and earned herself a star,
and no one is more deserving of one then her.
god bless you sharon
Now that I have stated my strong feelings about Sharon...I must agree
that Ms. Sharon Tate-Polanski deserves a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
She, in her tragedy, is part of the folklore of this city-good or bad. A
gorgeous girl, seeking fame, fortune, but actually love. And finding her
fate in terrible coincidence. Her star should be on the corner of Hollywood
and Vine-with a fresh daisy laid upon it every week.
