Sharon Tate was 60s Glamour! She has been a symbol for others to follow
in what the ultimate woman of that changing generation was, with style and
an abundance of grace she was the Malibu Barbie! Her Characters represented
a time that all of us will never forget. From the great comedy of the Matt
Helm movie and Dont Make Waves, to the tragic starlet of Valley of the Dolls,
Sharon should be given tribute to and remembered for all that she gave
Hollywood....I truly hope that there is to come a day when her family can
see that talent remembered by standing with her fans to unveil that star
on the walk of fame!!!!
Sharon Tate was a perfect Jennifer in the Valley of the Dolls. She was
truly a glamorous star of her time. Whenever I reread Valley of the Dolls,
it is Sharon Tate that I picture in her role as Jennifer. Was ever a movie
more perfectly cast?
I have seen Sharon's films, and I think she should have a star on the
walk of fame.
Count me in...
MS.TATE-POLANSKI WAS PERHAPS THE MOST BEAUTIFUL ACTRESS TO GRACE FILM
AND HOLLYWOOD---E V E R!!!SHE HAD EXTREME TALENT.SHE WAS VERY TALENTED AND
GRACEFUL AND THROUGH NO FAULT OF HER OWN HER CAREER WAS MADE TOO SHORT.I
ASSUMED SHE WAS ALREADY ON THE H.W.O.F.PLEASE,WITHOUT HESITATION,GIVE HER
A STAR.I AM SURE THE STARS WOULD SHINE DOWN UPON YOU.SHARON POSESSED GREAT
STAMINA AND WAS VERY ARTICULATE IN HER STYLE.[LIKE ANN-MARGRET]SHE HAD A
STYLE OF HER OWN!!! A CLASSY YOUNG LADY,VERY TALENTED.SHARON DESERVES TO
HAVE HER OWN STAR,HOW COULD ANYONE CONSIDER DENYING HER THIS.THANK YOU VERY
MUCH.GOD BLESS YOU!
Please allow her name to be placed on a star.
Sharon deserves to be recognised for her acting not her death. Her performance
in Valley of the Dolls is totally moving.
I think that she was a beautifil person and actress. Sharon Tate deserves
to on the Hollywood Star of Fame, lets honot this beautiful woman nad remember
her. What a tradegy the way she wsa taken from us!!! I cannot believe this
angel and her baby had to suffer like this, so HOLLYWOOD wake up and honor
this actress, she was an Icon of the 60's. I greive for you Debra and even
Roman Polanski, Sharon is a star no matter what. Its a travesty she was taken
from the world. Godbless you and baby Paul.......
i think her bueaty and charm are the very definition of a true hollywood
star
I think she should get a star posthumously, as a tribute and mark of respect
for her. It's only fair, in a way. She was also a very good actor, but was
perhaps relagated to "eye-candy" roles in the late sixties, which wasn't
fair.
I support Sharon Tate's nomination for a star on the Hollywood Walk of
Fame
PLEASE consider giving Sharon Tate-Polanski the Star that she fully deserves.
She was a breath of fresh air and had an aura of innocence. She shined like
an angel. Her movie Valley Of The Dolls will always be a favorite. I know
that if she had lived, she woold be one of Hollywoods' most famous actress'.
Giving Sharon a Star would also give her many fans a place to go and remember
her short but very meaningful life. God Bless The Tate Family!
I feel Sharon has earned her star and she is entitled to it. A very amazing
actress!
Sharon Tate is to me the ideal "lady" of the movie screen. She was beautiful
and her "sweetness" showed thru her eyes. she was beautiful and made what
ever you are watching more interesting!
Sharon was quite simply the most beautiful woman I have ever seen..she
was also very talented and was just beginning to come into her own as an
actress..please give her her Star she richly deserves it..
I recently have become interested in the story of Sharon Tate and the
other killed in 1969. My heart goes out to the families. I feel that Sharon
should get a star on the hollywood walk of fame. She deserves it!
I havent seen many Sharon Tate films but from what i have seen and been
told of her i think it would be a great honor for her to have her star on
the walk of fame.
Reasons for why Sharon Take is deserving of a star on Hollywood Blvd:
I believe that if Sharon's life had not been taken from her she would surely have went on to become a major star in films. She should have a star in her name since even in death she has become a legend.

I believe Sharon Tate deserves a star on the Walk of Fame, I was actually
surprised to hear she has not yet been honored in this way!
Sharon Tate deserves a star on the HWOF because her unique beauty, talent
and love for making motion pictures and the movie industry stands
out.
Sharon deserves to be remembered for her film career and not to be remembered
as one of Manson's victims! Sharon is very deserving to have a star on the
walk of fame. Sharon was a truly beautiful spirit, frozen in time. Sharon
is vey much Loved and Respected by her Fans, which I am one of!
It is one of the biggest tradgedies of our time that this beautiful ray
of sunshine was dimmed forever by madness and evil.
Sharon was undoubtably one of the brightest stars of her generation. She
had tremendous talent, and tenacity, as well as a winning personality, and
that is why I believe she deserves a star on the walk of fame
Sharon was a great beauty of her time.she is the sixties
Oh God! Long, long over due!
Sharon Tate was a beautifully talented actress who apparently was also
a truly wonderful human being. Her memory should be one of a STAR..how better
fitting than to give her a star on the Walk of Fame. I was eight years old
when I learned of her death, my older sister was Sharon's age and I remember
how horrible the news was.
I was 16 years old when Sharon died and I had already been a fan for a
couple of years. Through the years, her movies have shown what she could
have been. I do believe she is one of the most beautiful women ever to have
lived. I sense that she was also as beautiful inside. I believe she should
get a Star and be remembered for her talent. I think of her often and she
will be eternally 26....Rest in Peace Sharon and Richard Paul.
She is a very admirable person and she deserves that and more...I will
never forget her...
She was a great comedic actress and always striving to make her life grow
spiritually.
I can think of two good ressons why Sharon should have a star-for her
charisma and beauty.
a true star.
I was a little girl when I first saw Sharon in "The Fearless Vampire Killers".
Her beauty amazed me then and being only 7 years old at the time of her death,
I feel cheated because I'll never see what she would have become. Without
a doubt, I believe Sharon would have had "true staying power". Since she
was cheated out of this and so much more, honoring her memory by awarding
her the star is the very least we can do. In addition to pleasing her fans
and family, the star will communicate an undeniable pro-victims rights message
around the world.
There never has been or will be a person like Sharon Tate, A beautiful
person inside and out, she is unique like a start in the sky, thus deserves
her own star on the Blvd.
Sharon was a great actress who never got to fully fulfil her dreams. She
should be recognized for her talents
dear sirs: I think sharon tate was one of the greatest actresses I have
ever seen on the screen.......I sincerely hope she can be included in the
star walkway.....thank you
She has the fame, so she should have the star.
She was a fine actress & a truly lovely person.
Please deny Leslie Van Houten parole. she is a vicious murderer and does
not deserve any type of freedom or liberty.
Sharon Tate was on of the greatest talents of our time. She was not only
beautiful but a gift to the artistic world. Her presence graced the screen
and her charisma will be forever missed.
please put a star on the walk of fame for sharon tate .in the past few
years there have been several so called star's get their name on the walk
who damn well don't deserve it !!!!! had sharon lived she could have been
a bigger star then marilyn monroe ,, sharon sure was better looking
!!!!
One of Hollywoods finest and most beautiful 60's stars.
I agree that this beautiful and most tragic icon of the '60's deserves
to be recognized with star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
This woman deserves respect after the way her reputation was trashed after
her vicious and cruel murder.
Well , in my opinion she was a very good actress considering the fearless
vampire killers, which is a classic and I really liked the funny accent that
she choose, almost like Roman. In my opinion she deserves the star ' cause
she is a legend, though her life was short. Jean Harlow' s life was also
short and as far as I know she already possesses a star on the walk of fame.
Sharon Tate is an American Tragedy, that was her fate and I think we shouldn'
t deny her a well deserved triumph over the infamous happenings in that fateful
August night. And let us not forget about the evil gossip in the aftermath,
the fight of her relatives. Concerning the other movies, well I can' t say
a lot about it. She was the only one who had good critics in the valley of
the dolls, even a nomination for the golden globe. " the eye of the devil"
is not even available on DVD and VHS, you can look for yourself and it makes
me so mad ' cause movies with Sharon are already rare. Excuse me for saying
so, but if Sharon Tate doesn' t get star on the walk of fame, who then deserves
it. She is a part of the American history and a part of the American film
history
I think Sharon Tate should get a star!!! "Vally of the dolls"Was my absolute
FAV!!! All her movies are wonderful!!! HUGZ&Kisses!
Sharon Tate-Polanski was an amazing person and an amazing beauty. She
deserves to be remembered for being more than just Jay Sebring's girlfriend,
Roman Polanski's wife, or a victim of the Manson Family. I will admit that
was what first interested me in Sharon, but having learned so much about
her, I can identify with the kind of person she was and I hope that she will
always be remembered as an excited expectant mother, wonderful actress, and
loving person because it sounds to me like that's exactley what Sharon Marie
Tate-Polanski was.
I love sharon tate. I first saw her in the wrecking crew with dean martin.
Even though her life was cut short by and evil madman, I am convinced she
could have a major star in the 1970's. Having her on the hollywood hall of
fame will allow her memory to live on. In 40 or 50years from now, I would
hope people can remember how she lived instead of how she died. sincerely
jj
I believe that Sharon's contributions to the film and television industry
warrant her a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. She has proven herself
as both a dramatic and comedic actress (I prefer her comedic roles). Her
performance in "The Wrecking Crew" was hilarious. She has definitely shown
that she can hold her own along side some of the well known actors she has
acted with (David Niven, Tony Curtis, Dean Martin, etc.). I feel certain
that had she remained with us she would have had an unstoppable film career.
I ardently support Sharon Tate for a star on The Hollywood Walk of Fame!
Even though her career was cut tragically short Sharon,s contribution
to Hollywood is undeniable. Had she been allowed to continue Sharon would
have become a megastar of the time. I heartily cast my vote for Sharon to
be recognized with her own star on Hollywood,s walk of fame.
A timeless beauty who mesmerizes me even though I was not yet born when
she was a rising star in Hollywood. Luckily, I discovered her talent and
beauty when I rented Valley of the Dolls. I, like many other fans of Sharon,
know that she would have been a huge star had her life not been tragically
cut short. This talented, beautiful star symbolizes all the mystique and
essence of the sixties. Do her justice by giving her a star.
